New Providence, Berkeley Heights Schools To Close Early
Due to the predicted snowy nor'easter forecast, all schools in New Providence, Berkeley Heights and Mountainside will close early.

NEW PROVIDENCE/BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — Due to the predicted snowy nor'easter forecast for Thursday afternoon, all schools in the Berkeley Heights, New Providence and Mountainside District will have an early dismissal.
New Providence:
- All High School students will be dismissed at 11:53 a.m.
- All Middle School students will be dismissed at 11:55 a.m.
- All elementary students at Salt Brook and Allen W. Roberts schools will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m.
- No lunch will be served.
- Kindergarten students: Afternoon PM Kindergarten will not meet.
- Pre-Kindergarten students: Afternoon PM Pre-K students will not meet.
- All after-school and evening activities have been cancelled.
- Thursday night's Board of Education meeting has been cancelled.
Berkeley Heights:

Governor Livingston High School students will dismiss at 12:30 p.m., Columbia Middle School at 12:55 p.m., Elementary Schools at 1 p.m., an =d Mary Kay McMillin AM preschool and AM kindergarten at 11:15 a.m., and Grade 1 at 1:05 p.m.
There will be no PM preschool or kindergarten.

Mountainside:
Governor Livingston High School students will also have an early dismissal. All after school and evening activities are cancelled.
