• Football: New Providence Rolls to a 34-3 Win over Metuchen (tapinto.net) — New Providence football fans can celebrate another big win, as the Pioneers stayed undefeated with a 34-3 home victory over Metuchen behind two touchdown passes from senior quarterback Kevin Reilly. Strong rushing scores from Caleb Gordon and Charlie Maneely helped build a commanding halftime lead, and New Providence now looks ahead to an away matchup at Roselle next Friday night.
