Police Save 4 More People With Naloxone In Union County

The 4 people who overdosed were saved in Berkeley Heights, Elizabeth, Linden and Union bringing the total to 127 people saved in 2018.

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — Four more people were saved by police-administered naloxone last week in Union County.

The four overdose people were saved by police in Berkeley Heights, Elizabeth, Linden and Union, according to the Union County Prosecutor's Office.

This brings the number up to 127 people saved in 2018 by Narcan. A total of 36 people have also died from an overdose in Union County.
