Reported by Marty Markovits, the show begins with hightlights of the Berkeley Heights Township Council discussion and its 5 to 1 vote against altering the agreement with Warren Township that would allow Berkeley Aquatic Center access to the township's sewer treatment facility. 

At 4:06 minutes into the program, the program features a business profile with JoAnn Pravata and Marco Rua about their business, Tailoring by Marco, which they launched in June of 2010.

And at 7:08 minutes into the program, Elaine Perna reflects on what she has enjoyed and learned in her nine years of service on the township council. She will officially end her position on the council on Dec. 31, 2011.
