A New Jersey man was shot and killed Wednesday in the second murder near the same mall this week, and a manhunt is on, authorities said.

Authorities were mum late Thursday after a New Jersey man was shot and killed in the second murder near the same mall this week. A manhunt is on, authorities said.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office declined to identify the man, who was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds Wednesday night in a condominium complex that's located behind the Hamilton Mall.

The condo association reportedly works closely with township police and even hired its own private security firm. The Press of Atlantic City reported that the latest shooting may be part of a turf war.
