Ocean City Pops Tribute To John Williams Rescheduled
The tribute to the composer of the "Star Wars" theme was scheduled for Sept. 4, but was canceled due to the threat from Hermine.

Ocean City, NJ -- The John Williams Tribute Concert previously scheduled for last weekend in Ocean City has been rescheduled, the Ocean City Pops announced on Friday.
The concert was to have taken place on Sunday, Sept. 4, at the Music Pier, but was canceled to the threat posed by Tropical Storm Hermine.
It has been rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1, 7:30 p.m. at the Music Pier. Tickets are back on sale, and are available at ocnj.us/boxoffice, at the Music Pier Box Office or by calling 609-525-9248.

Customers who had tickets for the Sept. 4 show can use the same tickets they already have.

Williams was nominated for more than 50 Oscars, and was best known for composing the theme for “Star Wars.”
The concert will include an expanded orchestra paying tribute to his music. It is being sponsored by Manco and Manco, in memory of Frank Manco.
