State Files Eminent Domain Action Against Ocean City Resident
The resident is among a group of 388 holdouts preventing beach replenishment projects from going forward.

The Christie Administration is taking eminent domain action against an Ocean City resident who has not granted a beachfront easement to allow the federal government to complete beach replenishment projects that would allow for greater protection against storm damage, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
Gov. Chris Christie’s administration didn’t identify the resident, according to the report.
