July 4 marks the 250th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. In November of 1776, George Washington’s troops marched from Ft. Lee, NJ via what is now Liberty Rd, Washington Ave, and New Bridge Rd to New Bridge Landing to escape the British army and to continue the fight for liberty.

9:15 am: March or drive to National Guard Armory in Teaneck

Parking is available on Old New Bridge Rd (GPS:105 Old New Bridge Rd, New Milford), on Riverview Ave, Teaneck and at Brett Park, 1663 Teaneck Rd, corner of Riverview Ave, Teaneck.
National Guard Armory, 1799 Teaneck Rd, corner of Liberty Rd. Parking is available on Liberty Rd or across the street at Foster Village Shopping Center.
