Coyote Spotted On Bergen County Golf Course

Aggressive coyotes were reported at Saddle River County Park recently, authorities said.

PARAMUS, N.J. — A coyote was spotted on the Bergen Community College golf course Monday night, the Bergen County Sheriff's Office said.

The sheriff's office announced the sighting on its Twitter account.

The sheriff's office warned residents Thursday that "aggressive" coyotes had been spotted in Saddle River County Park recently.

Coyote sightings should be reported to local law enforcement departments.

Coyotes were also spotted in Paramus, Ridgewood, Midland Park, and Harrington Park last year. One attacked and bit a man walking his dog in Norwood last year tested positive for rabies.
