Dr. Tun Kyaw Nyein, Dean of the Center for Adult and Continuing Education at Misericordia University, in Pennsylvania, is the keynote speaker. His father is U Kyaw Nyein, former Deputy Prime Minister of Myanmar, formerly known as Burma. Dr. Nyein is an activist in the pro-democracy movement in Myanmar.
