The 10th annual Todd Ouida Children's Foundation birthday event will include a picnic/barbecue feast, music, bouncy rides, face painting and other children's activities, as well as a silent auction and basket prizes. The Foundation is partnering with Children's Aid and Family Services to raise money for the new Medical Services and Advocacy Center, as well as other programs supported by the Todd Ouida Children's Foundation.
