The borough put a tub grinder to work on the massive piles of tree limbs at the Paramus Pool on Thursday. The goal, according to Joseph D'Arco, borough administrator, is to produce landscape-quality material for residents and local landscapers.
The resulting wood chips will be given away for free, much like the way the borough distributes firewood each year.
