Juniper Village Promotes Betsy Morocho to Executive Director

April 16, 2024 - Paramus, NJ – Bloomfield, NJ - Juniper Communities, a leading provider of senior living communities, proudly announces the promotion of Betsy Morocho to Executive Director.

Morocho’s time with Juniper Village at Paramus began ten years ago when she joined as a concierge. Over the years, she demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership skills, progressing through various roles including sales for six years and most recently serving as the Business Office Manager for the past three years. Her outstanding performance and dedication have earned her this well-deserved promotion to Executive Director.

Morocho has certifications as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP).

Her journey into the senior living field was inspired by her close relationship with her grandmother. Spending vacations and summers with her instilled in Morocho a profound sense of comfort and connection with the senior population.

She believes that every individual, regardless of age, deserves a life that is full and engaged. Juniper Communities' commitment to offering enriching programs and initiatives for seniors aligns perfectly with Morocho’s values, and she remains eager to contribute to the residents' 'second act' of life.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Betsy Morocho enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to her wonderful husband Rom, and together they have a 13-year-old daughter, Lexie. In her free time, she indulges in her love of reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
