Captain Carifi Decries & Criminates Parsippany Democrats in Continued Lawsuits.

Recently it has been discovered that former Parsippany Police Captain James Carifi has initiated another lawsuit against Parsippany; one must ask why? Why not let the present lawsuits run their legal course?

Is Captain Carifi Now at War with all of Parsippany or just Parsippany democrats.. what was the big drama show that night at Council last month, why didn't Carifi's Lawyers Meet with Lott in closed session, and how can Carfifi suddenly side with the aiders and abettors or the former Administration?..Taxpayers are getting dragged down with all this..

Why was Inglesino not challenged by any republican councilmember, and i mean any?!..I believe the resolution initiated by dePierro was not according to past practices, and he nor any of the former administration would of dared defy former Town Attorney Inglesino control of the Township. Never forget the No Rezone Betrayal of waterview grassroots accomplishments, which costs addition private funding hiring legal fees to fight our own town attorney.

All of the former administrations feeble attempts to smear him have already costs taxpayers. The two council members now in office, both republicans, supported all of these lawsuit fiascos. They were easily lead by former Attorney Inglesino, which they dare not quibble against; lacking any application in due diligence in ending or preventing these lawsuits initiated by and for political reasons.

Why should Captain Carifi with his gang of Lawyers wish to supersede protocol and procedures of law using Council Resolutions by his accusers; and then with confidence accuse Mayor Soriano as if he is continuing the former administrations trumped up chargers, when he is following legal norms.

It appears Capt Carifi is now doing to Parsippany Democrats what republicans of the past administration have done to him. We all knew it was wrong, but the perpetrators, now it is the Captain that is wrong. the Captain is a republican first before he is a Parsippanian. The new lawsuit shows it. The system itself, law & disorder are robbing us in Parsippany. Trumped on a local level..

It’s time for the Mayor to stop wasting millions in Parsippany taxpayer dollars to pursue his personal vendetta against James Carifi.”

So why now is the new administration being targeted for additional lawsuits? Why aren't the perpetrators of the last administration being sued not the taxpayers of Parsippany ; pierce the veil and you will find them and not the citizens of Parsippany.
