Cars Stolen In Parsippany Being Used To Commit Crimes: PD
Police are once again reminding residents to always keep their cars locked.
PARSIPPANY, NJ — Cars stolen in Parsippany have been used to commit crimes in other towns, and police are urging residents to always lock their cars.
The thefts are the result of "burglary and theft groups" that operate in the Parsippany area, police said. It can be easy for you to miss the burglars: they enter unlocked cars without setting off the car alarms, and steal cars with the keys left inside of them.
Once the car is stolen, the thieves take the cars to other towns to commit c rimes, including armed robberies, police said.
