Friends of the Parsippany Library Host Jewelry and Accessories Sale
Find Mother's Day Gifts at All Three Branches
Just in time for Mother’s Day, the Friends of the Parsippany Library are hosting Jewelry and Accessories Sale until Saturday, May 10 at all three branch libraries. Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, scarves and more, all either new or gently used, are ready to serve as last-minute gifts for Mom.
Nanda Sanichar, Friends volunteer, agrees. “[It’s] A great chance to get a Mother’s Day gift!”
The annual sale is one of the more popular events hosted by the Friends of the LIbrary. Patrons are always thrilled to find treasures either for themselves or a special someone.

Jenny Wang, Lake Hiawatha Customer Service Staff, and Sandy Henny, Main Library Customer Service Staff, note that the sale is always a fun event.
“Everyone loves this sale,” said Henny. “You can get things for only $1. The Friends do a great job making money for the library.”

Customers are always thrilled with their purchases. Santana Jellella, during a library visit, said, “I came here to check out the books but the jewelry sale is fabulous and I am going to buy something.”
And customer Karen Danko summed it up. "I feel like a kid in a candy store.”
All proceeds from the Jewelry Sale, as well as all Friends events, go to support the Parsippany Library System.
