If Parsippany or the State of NJ were really honestly concerned with this issue, then why is airport liquor bottle sales allowed? They abound throughout the landscapes, visible overwhelming evidence; of being allowed to drink, drive, litter/pollute with permission of free market sales, in complete disregard to public safety and clean community.

Two causes we must consider 1. Efficient Cause, the manufacturer who allows the abuse or outcome to continue despite the result. 2. Instrumental Cause, the disrespectful offender who tosses it, for his own convenience. An "open container of alcohol in a vehicle is an offense.

The Efficient Cause is the primary allowed culprit or main offended; an all too free market, that is against all Common Sense, and Public Wellbeing.

In parts of Massachusetts, Adopt Area Volunteers are tired of policing these products everywhere, and have began bans on their sales. This movement needs to be expanded. Multiple this picture x 1000s the volume and frequency is disgusting, week after week, and helps support social apathy.

Profit over Community and Nature. The last step of convenience is the toss; nature is my trash dump..Laissez Faire! When Police allege littering is no crime, but "only" an offense, they show their lack of real concern, for community, as the evidence of this "crime" in its magnitude is simply put out of their minds, as impossible to stop.
We see Massachusetts, and others saying something else. These products can be banned, but it would take Political Courage.
Municipal And County Authority Statewide, needs to act this is laissez faire at it's worst, a negative freedom.

The same political people, who oppose Cannabis Boutiques among empty overdeveloped vacant-structure landscapes, have no problem with products of degeneracy like vape products, ( energy drinks; read the ingredients) which also abound, and our little liquor plastic or glass with aluminum twist caps. The Hypocrisy! Waste More, Want More Individual not Community.
