Parsippany Comedy Night Supports Man Battling Cancer

The event will support Lou Contaldi and his family as he battles Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — They say laughter is the best medicine, and soon it will help a Parsippany family in need. "Laughs for Lou," a comedy event, will raise funds for Lou Contaldi's family as he battles Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

The comedy night will take place Oct. 16 at the Parsippany PAL (33 Baldwin St.). All proceeds for the event will help Contaldi and his family with treatment and other expenses incurred because Contaldi is unable to work.

The show costs $35 per person or $300 for a table of 10. Doors will open at 7 p.m. before the comedy begins at 8:30 p.m. Bring your own food and beverages. See the Facebook event.
