According to county officials, 97.44 percent of districts have been reported in the unofficial tally. Results don't become official until the Morris County clerk certifies them.
If the results hold, Barberio would take a third term as mayor. Barberio held the seat from 2010-18, before Soriano ousted him.

Council Members Emily Peterson and Janice McCarthy — the governing body's Democratic minority — opted against running for re-election. Victories from Neglia and Musella would put Republicans in all five council seats.
"I am honored that you put your trust in me, Frank and Justin to restore the pride again into Parsippany," Barberio wrote on the Team Barberio Facebook page. "I thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
