Why do we deny our natural rights to see Heaven's Night Sky?

We deny ourselves this natural right; seeing the heavens at night; Yes one can still see the stars from Parsippany.

There are better lighting technology methods available, that diminish light pollution and still provide security. In fact much better lightening. Many places and towns have "Dark Sky Ordinances" Why not Parsippany, which borders the Great NJ Watershed and Natural Areas? There is an observatory right in Boonton, Shemps Hill, that points toward this Dark Sky of Jersey. We can have heaven on earth, perhaps this sky resource may make us better people, on spaceship earth, as we enjoy the ride?

Dark Sky Ordinance Technology is available, Parsippany Zoning and Planning needs to look into this. Bright light is an invasion of privacy, and a degradation, and violation of what should be an inherent human right to see the universe we are a part of. Ironic in that Parsippany has more of their share of religious institutions, that should lead to avocation for Dark Skies; and seeing the Heavens..
