Parsippany's Girls On The Run Team Charity Project Helps Families

Team collected and organized nearly 25 bags of clothes for Family Promise fighting homeless in Morris County by providing emergency shelter.

Each season, the Girls on the Run teams work together to agree on a group project to benefit the communities in which they gather.

This year, Team Parsippany chose Family Promise of Morris County. So, on June 6th 2019 the girls gathered at the Parsippany Main Library on Halsey Road equipped with donated clothes.

Led by their coaches, the girls neatly organized the clothing, folding and putting like items together. All told, their donations totaled nearly 25 bags of clothing to benefit Family Promise of Morris County.
