• Morris County to Honor 64 Local Lives Lost on 9/11 at 25th Anniversary Ceremony (tapinto.net) — Parsippany residents are invited to a countywide 9/11 remembrance ceremony and candlelight vigil on Sunday, September 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Morris County 9/11 Memorial on West Hanover Avenue. • Pequannock's Street Festival Returns to Pompton Plains on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (shopmorriscounty.com) — Morris County's fall fun ramps up with Pequannock's free Street Festival in Pompton Plains on Sunday, September 20, featuring vendors, food trucks, live music, and kids' activities. Parsippany residents are also encouraged to check out Parsippany's own Fall Festival on September 19 and a broader roundup of county fairs and seasonal events.
