A Winnable Argument could of been made by Parsippany taking the step of notifying the New Jersey Historic Trust Department and altered them to the inappropriate sign location
The substantial location-specific argument to justify the none approval by Parsippany, would of been the imposing on the Historic Trust Landscape of the First New Jersey Governor's Summer Home.

The transparency was lacking in that the public really was blindsided to the closed door threat of lawsuit by Pacific Advertising. Mention was made in a recent Daily Record post as to the lawsuit, without detail, or any local news article or alert. Who reads the "daily record". Ironic that with all the ample alternative channels only the daily record was used to alert the public. No such message was submitted to the NJ Historical Trust Department.
Pride in Parsippany are just three-words. Parsippany coming 250 years of Independence should be cancelled. There is no sincerity in it's coming..

( one may suspect the contractors that will install this monstrosity, will use the site for their dumping ground for debris left from installation, and future maintenance and repairs)
