Sparta Mountain Hypocrisy Continues Tell the Governor

"We the People:, need to write, call demand that NJDEP aka Governor Murphy end the fiasco of Sparta Mountain, Breach of Public Trust, and Forest Destruction.

Subject: Hypocrisy Sparta Mountain Tree Extraction Continues

Sparta Mountain Continues; how can the Governor's Rhetoric on Climate allows this Business Deal Breach of Trust to Continue? Where is the connection with life; and it's complex connected systems? Part of nature, not apart from nature, as we continue to kill the planet a little, (a lot) at a time..We continue to prove we are a flawed species, existing in a vacuum sponsored by private over public domination.

Every Environmental problem we witness today is the result of entropy within the biosphere. Entropy generated by ever-increasing transformation of energy by humans. Ecosystem simplification-entropy. In our economy to nowhere people will do anything for a dollar. A recurring forest; even a tree does more for the world, than most people at this stage of progress; progress that is opposite to what should be evolution; or a better more perfect Union. Enough trees and habitats are lost on private property alone; now the State is acting like a private property owner. When we factor in invasive disease infecting our remaining tree species what is being allowed on Sparta Mountain, makes even less sense.

New Flag Ecology not POW/MIA. Our State Buildings and Parks need fly a different flag.
Our seeing forest in the 21st century as lumber rather than sustainable bastions of biodiversity is an obsolete reaction, and a violation of the Public Trust. Our Society and educational system requires a Paradigm shift.Paradigm shifts arise when the dominant paradigm under which normal science operates is rendered incompatible with new phenomena....things that neither the proposed paradigm nor the dominant paradigm are capable of solving currently. Therefore NJ should be the first State in this once Union to display the flag of ecology.

With Climate Change and the massive loss of planetary biodivesity and forest world wide older mature forest and trees themselves have never been more significant and needed.One important factor that fosters species richness is a stable physical environment. Human disturbances including extraction of mature trees, (with heavy equipment most likely contaminated) will injure the species richness; and spread harmful invasives like barberry and knotweed among others into the remaining still indigenous american landscapes remaining here in New Jersey
