Thai Restaurant, Blue Foundry Bank Hold Grand Openings In Parsippany

Siam Heritage and Blue Foundry Bank each had reason to celebrate last week.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Two new Parsippany businesses had reason to celebrate last week. Thai restaurant Siam Heritage and Blue Foundry Bank each celebrated grand openings.

Punsak Puncharoen — known professionally as Chef Oudy — opened Siam Heritage at 65 New Rd. He was born in Bangkok, Thailand, and raised with the traditions of Thai cooking before leaving his home of 17 to begin a formal culinary career.

Oudy's skills have been recognized by the Royal Family of Thailand, who twice chose him to organize exclusive events for the prince and princess during official visits to the United States.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

Blue Foundry Bank held a grand opening Thursday for its administrative offices at 7 Sylvan Way. The new corporate hub is designed to keep employee experience top-of-mind. The office incorporates cutting-edge technology to keep staff connected, whether they're working in-office or at home.
