Victim ID'd In Fatal I-80 Crash In Parsippany

Details were revealed two fatal crashes treated by the same hospital in three days.

More details were revealed and the victim was identified in a fatal New Jersey crash this weekend. It was the second fatal accident that the hospital treated in three days.

Justin Nater, 38, of Rockaway was transported to Morristown Medical Center Sunday night where he was pronounced dead after an I-80 crash.

Details were also revealed in fatal crash involving a box truck colliding with a garbage truck that happened on Route 31 on Friday, police said. That victim was also pronounced dead at Morristown Medical Center.

On Sunday, Nater was killed after crashing his car on I-80 in Parsippany, police said.

Nater was driving his Subaru Impreza near milepost 42.2 on I-80 westbound at about 9 p.m. when he went off the road and struck a concrete barrier and guardrail, police said. The car then overturned.

The car overturned and Nater was transported to Morristown Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The highway was closed for about three hours after the crash.
