Route 88 Bridge In Point Pleasant Boro Reopened

The Route 88 bridge in Point Pleasant Boro was closed temporarily Saturday. It reopened by the end of the day.

The span, known as the Veterans Memorial Bridge, was closed because of a mechanical issue.

Drivers were asked to use the Lovelandtown Bridge on Bridge Avenue as an alternative.
