Recipe Contest to Celebrate Family Dinner

Eno Terra Restaurant & Enoteca, and PrincetonEats.Org are sponsoring a recipe contest to celebrate Princeton Family Dinner Week, PADA and Corner House Initiative.

Three winning recipes will be chosen and featured as specials at Eno Terra’s Weekend lunch. Their creators, along with their families, will be invited to a weekend family lunch at Eno Terra. In addition, the top ten recipes will be featured on PrinceonEats.org.

Recipe entries should be made with local ingredients when possible, reflect the season and their creator’s creativity and, of course, be delicious. They also should be easy to recreate at home and serve  family-style. They will be judged according to these parameters.

Judging the competition will be Eno Terra’s chefs who will choose which winning recipes to feature on the menu.

To enter the contest, email your recipes by April 13 to Nirit Yadin at nyadin@terramomo.com. The winners will be announced during Princeton Family Dinner Week on Princeton Eats and EnoTerra’s social media venues as well as Princeton Family Dinner Week’, PADA and Corner House Initiatives.

The contest is open to all except for Terra Momo Restaurants Group’s employees and their families.
