Burglar Tried To Steal $5,000 Stove From Princeton Home
Princeton Police also reported a Hamilton man was arrested for defiant trespass at a local bank, according to the police blotter.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Police reported a home burglary on Jan. 28 in the 100 Block of Terhune Road.
On Jan. 28 someone reportedly entered a Princeton home with a key from the stolen lock box and tried to remove a Viking brand stove valued at $5,000, according to the police blotter.

On Jan. 28 at 5:26 a.m.: Vaughn Schenck, 52, of Hamilton was placed under arrest for defiant trespass at the Bank of America. Schenck was previously issued a letter of Persona Non Grata at that location. Schenck also had an active warrant for $3,500 stemming from a prior defiant trespassing charge by Princeton University Public Safety Department. Schenck was ultimately lodged at Mercer County Corrections Center.
