Debris Removal to Begin at AvalonBay Construction Site in Princeton on Monday

It is expected to last through November.

A total of 30 trucks will begin making three trips a day on Monday to dispose of about 50,000 tons of debris from the AvalonBay construction site on Witherspoon Street, the Princeton Packet reports.

Trucks will run 7 a.m.-2 p.m. five days a week through November, according to the report.

School operations will not be impacted at any point during the process, according to the report.

AvalonBay is building a 280-unit residential development on the site of the former Princeton Hospital. Construction will continue during debris removal.
