Christ Congregation is a boldly progressive, open and affirming, justice-seeking community of faith, located in the heart of Princeton, NJ. Gathered in the spirit of Jesus, Christ Congregation is committed to manifesting God's love and grace in the world. Believing that God is still speaking, we are committed to life-long learning about our scriptures and our faith. We come from many backgrounds and faith traditions, yet we are of one body in our desire to create God's kin-dom here on earth. To accommodate a variety of schedules, Christ Congregation alternates worship times each week: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays – 5:00 PM 2nd and 4th Sundays – 10:00 AM Weekly prayer + discussion - Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Bible study is every second and fourth Sunday immediately following 10 a.m. service.

Escape the summer heat and step into the shady woods of Marquand Park for “Made in the Shade,” a fun-filled morning of nature-themed activities for children and families. Tucked under the canopy of one of Princeton’s most treasured parks, “Made in the Shade” invites children to experience the magic of trees and forest life through hands-on games, crafts, and creative play. Activities include Tree Bingo, storytime, play dough leaf prints and more.
Kids will receive a free coloring book that celebrates the diversity of trees in Marquand Park, as well as light snacks to enjoy in the shade. Whether they’re matching leaves in Bingo or listening to forest stories under the branches, children will leave with a deeper appreciation of the park’s living collection.
Come celebrate summer under the trees! This event is free and open to the public. Activities are best suited for children ages 3–10, but all are welcome. Marquand Park is located at 48 Lovers Lane, Princeton, NJ.
