Man Scales Fence Into Property With Kids, Arrested In Princeton: Cops
Princeton Police released the latest blotter.
PRINCETON, NJ — A man charged with defiant trespass and a warrant arrest were among the incidents in the latest Princeton Police blotter.
On April 9 at 4:54 p.m.: Subsequent to a call for a suspicious person unlawfully entering a vehicle on Moran Avenue, Erik Biago, 32, of Manville, was arrested after he was found to have scaled a fence and defiantly entered a property at a time in which children were present. As a result of this incident, Biago was charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, and obstructing the administration of law. Biago was released pending a future court date.
On April 22 at 12:10 p.m.: Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for speeding, the driver, Eswin R. Sosa-Urizar, 25, of Plainfield, was found to have a suspended driver’s license as well as having an active warrant for $550 issued by the North Plainfield Municipal Court. Sosa-Urizar was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, and processed accordingly. Sosa-Urizar was released pending a future court date.
