Mercer County Man Indicted In Fatal Shooting At Deli: Prosecutor
Wade J. Williams has been indicted in the murder of Tyrone King back in September.

A Mercer County man has been indicted in connection with a fatal shooting that took place in a Trenton deli in September, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced on Tuesday.
Wade J. Williams, 42, of Trenton, has been indicted on one count of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, one count of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of second-degree certain persons not to possess a firearm in the murder of 51-year-old Tyrone King. He remains in the Mercer County Correction Center.
Police found King lying on the floor of the deli while responding to the deli on the 900 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard for reports of gunshots at about 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 17. King was unresponsive and had been shot in the chest, police said. He was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he died a short time later.

Williams was arrested in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Dec. 5, at his home by members of the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Mercer County Homicide Task Force following an investigation by the Task Force and the Trenton Police Department.
