Motor Vehicle Theft, Criminal Trespass: Princeton Police Blotter
A resident told police that his vehicle was stolen from the driveway of his residence.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Police blotters dated July 24 and Aug. 7 had the following reports:
On July 20 at 12:08 p.m., a caller reported that an unknown female entered a retail establishment on Nassau Street and shoplifted $345 worth of merchandise. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On July 21 at 09:43 a.m., a caller told police that a 32-year-old woman was found inside of a vacant apartment located within a building on Nassau Street. She was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters where she was processed and charged. The woman was also found to have an active ACS warrant in the amount of $750 out of New Brunswick Municipal Court. She was later turned over to the custody of the New Brunswick Police Department.

On July 21 at 08:28 a.m., a caller told police that a 35-year-old Trenton man was entering hotel rooms within the Nassau Inn. Once the man was located, he provided a false name to officers on scene and was found to have an active ACS Warrant out of Princeton Municipal Court in the amount of $2,500. The man was placed under arrest and after being searched, he was found to be in possession of a knife. He was taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed, charged and released.
On July 30 at 5:02 p.m., a resident reported that their bicycle, valued at $700, was stolen from the front of his home on Redding Circle. There are no suspects at this time.

On July 30, 4:11 p.m., a caller told police that an unknown person stole her wallet while she was shopping inside of a retail establishment on N. Harrison Street. The value of the wallet and its contents was $30.
On Aug. 1, 3:05 p.m., a man reported that his bicycle was stolen from the front of a retail establishment on N. Harrison Street. The bicycle, a Pirate Black Co-op Cycles CTY electric model, is valued at $1,299.
On Aug. 1, 1:37 p.m., a 46-year-old Philadelphia man was found to have an active ACS warrant out of Hamilton Twp. Municipal Court in the amount of $550. He was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed and released with a new court date by Hamilton Twp. Municipal Court.
On Aug. 3 at 07:33 p.m., following a motor vehicle stop, a 70-year-old Princeton man was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. He was taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed, charged and later released.
On Aug. 4 at 11:54 a.m., an Oakland Street resident reported that two ladders and six patio chairs were stolen from her shed. The value of the stolen items is approximately $520.
On Aug. 5 at 09:41 a.m., a Dempsey Avenue resident told police that two of his vehicles were burglarized while they were parked in the driveway and garage of his home. Approximately $45 in property was stolen from the vehicles. The Detective Bureau is investigating
On Aug. 5 at 08:36 a.m., a resident reported that his vehicle was stolen from the driveway of his residence on Princeton-Kingston Road. The value of the vehicle and the contents of the vehicle total approximately $40,000. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On Aug. 6 at 01:12 a.m., following a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street, a 29-year-old Lawrenceville man was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. He was taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed, charged and released.
