No Republican Challengers For Princeton Mayor, Council Seats
Mayor Mark Freda and two Democrats filed to run in the Primary Election.

PRINCETON, NJ — Three Democratic candidates filed to run for Mayor, and two Council seats up for election this year in Princeton. No Republican petitions were filed.
Monday afternoon marked the state deadline for candidates to file petitions to get on the ballot for the 2024 primary elections.

Council - 3 year:
- Leighton Newlin (incumbent)
- Brian McDonald
Councilmember Eve Niedergang is not seeking re-election.
Primary election day is June 4 for New Jersey.
