Princeton Man Charged With DWI, Drugs After Traffic Stop

A Illinois man was also arrested for going inside a Princeton home and using their bathroom in the middle of the night, police said.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Police reported a DWI, criminal trespass and car burglary recently.

Princeton Police blotter:

On Oct. 11: The victim reported her vehicle was burglarized between 6 p.m. on Oct. 9 and 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 10. The vehicle was unlocked and parked in the victim’s driveway on Mercer Road when entered.

On Oct. 12 at 11:47 a.m.: A reported stolen vehicle was located on Olden Street. The vehicle, a grey Mazda, was reported stolen by Maple Shade Police Department on Oct. 6.

On Oct. 13 at 1:16 a.m.: Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Vandeventer Avenue, the driver, Eduardo Vasquez-Orosio, 42, of Princeton was arrested for driving while intoxicated and for being in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Vasquez-Orosio was released to a sober adult and provided a future court date.
