Princeton Planning Board Postpones Review Of Proposed Development

RB Homes has proposed to redevelop a 2.4-acre land into a residential development.

PRINCETON, NJ —The Municipality’s Planning Board has postponed the review for RB Homes which is seeking a major site plan approval for a development at 375-377 Terhune Road.

According to a notice from the Planning Board, the applicant is required to re-notice when the new date is determined.

RB Homes has proposed to redevelop a 2.4-acre land into a residential development. It will include of two triplex apartment buildings and four buildings of six townhomes each.

The two apartment buildings will be exclusively affordable housing units.

The regular meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday.
