Attendees will learn how Title 39 — New Jersey's motor vehicle code — applies to vulnerable road users, including where the law falls short. The program will also cover roadway design, equitable enforcement and the real-world challenges officers face when applying traffic law to non-motorists.

The presentation will feature perspectives from both a national bicycling coach and a law enforcement professional.
