PRINCETON, NJ – The Municipality’s Planning Board landscape Subcommittee will be reviewing the landscape plan for 195 Nassau Street.
The location is the site for the upcoming 45-unit apartment building by developers Princevest.
The engineering, zoning, traffic, and Historic Preservation reports raised some specific site design concerns that may or may not require significant plan modification. But the developers have responded to all concerns.

The building will include nine affordable housing units. The developers will be preserving the existing streetscape on Nassau Street and Charlton Street. They also need to provide 38 parking spots on the site.
