Wallet Theft, DWI Arrest, Warrant Arrest Reported In Princeton

PRINCETON, NJ — A wallet theft and arrests for driving while intoxicated and traffic warrants were reported last week, according to police.

Princeton Police Blotter:

On March 15 at 12:56 p.m.: The victim reported the theft of her wallet from the inside of her purse while she was dining at a restaurant on Witherspoon Street. Following the theft, the victim discovered that there were three fraudulent transactions that were attempted on her credit card however the fraudulent transactions were declined by her credit card company.

On March 17 at 9:17 p.m.: Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, the driver, Anthony Gentilella, 24, of Robbinsville, was found to have an active traffic warrant out of Bordentown City Municipal Court in the amount of $550. Gentilella was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, and processed accordingly. Gentilella was released after posting the full cash bail.

On March 17 at 1 a.m.: Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street, the driver, Anthony Fiumefreddo, 33, of Matawan, was found to have operated his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Fiumefreddo was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, and charged with driving while intoxicated. Fiumefreddo was later released from police custody.
