Agreda-Rodriguez was arrested at his home on Monday and charged with one count of terroristic threats and one count of simple assault.

On Tuesday, Princeton Police revealed that Agreda-Rodriguez knew the woman. On Thursday, the Princeton Packet reported that the two went to the vacant house on Green Street together, and then Agreda-Rodriguez assaulted the woman. Police Chief Nicholas Sutter told the newspaper the woman was traumatized by the incident, and that she has not been charged with filing a false statement to police.

Princeton Police confirmed to Patch that the woman was not abducted. They also confirmed that there was no sexual assault involved, and no weapon was used during the attack.

Agreda-Rodriguez is an undocumented immigrant, and Princeton Police say they followed all police protocols. Police were unsure if he faced the possibility of deportation.
