• Senior Student Movie Day – "Hidden Figures" (2016) (newjerseystage.com) — Rahway's Union County Performing Arts Center is hosting a free screening of "Hidden Figures" for seniors and local students on Wednesday, February 17, 2027, at 10 a.m. at 1601 Irving Street. Admission is free but tickets are required, and teachers can register middle and high school classes for this Black History Month matinee.
   

• Rolling Thunder NJ Ride Honors Veterans in Roselle (tapinto.net) — Rahway residents may spot their local police helping escort the long-running Rolling Thunder Ride For Freedom, which starts in Roselle and heads to the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial in Holmdel. The 30th annual event drew riders, veterans, and law enforcement from across the region to honor POW/MIA service members and support veteran-focused charities despite less-than-ideal weather.
