The Dator Team Launches Real Estate Partnership in Ramsey

RAMSEY, N.J. – (July 9, 2013) – Linda Dator, the No. 1 real estate agent in Mahwah for 12 years and top associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ramsey/Upper Saddle River for 2012, has joined forced with her husband Bill Dator, a commercial agent of 42 years, to form The Dator Team.

Also joining The Dator Team are Lauren and Kevin O’Rourke. Lauren works with Linda on residential transactions and Kevin, a certified commercial agent, works with Bill on commercial transactions. The Dator Team uses their 85 combined years of experience as an asset in every transaction.

As a 10+ year member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Circle of Excellence, Linda is a member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. In addition to these awards, Linda earned Coldwell Banker’s coveted International President’s Circle Award for 2012, representing the top 5 percent of 82,200 sales associates internationally.

Active members of their community, Linda and Bill give back as trustees of the Mahwah Museum and Ramapo College. In addition, they have been active in the Mahwah Fire Department, Office of Emergency Management, New Jersey Historical Commission, Mahwah and Ramsey Chambers of Commerce and many other local clubs and organizations.
