• Morris County marks first anniversary of countywide ARRIVE Together expansion (wrnjradio.com) — Morris County is marking one year since expanding its ARRIVE Together mental health crisis response program countywide, a partnership that now includes Randolph among other local towns. Officials say pairing police with clinicians has reduced use-of-force incidents and helped safely resolve situations from suicide threats to difficult traffic stops, with thousands of interactions recorded so far.
