The moment we’ve been waiting for has arrived. You are cordially invited to a special preview of our new exhibit honoring America’s 250th anniversary.
Our feature exhibition, "Ringoes: Crossroad of the Revolution", uncovers the forgotten history behind this powerful story. Step inside the 1776 world where our small corner of New Jersey helped shape the fate of a nation — from militia riders, spies, the Sons of Liberty, taverns, and Patriot networks to the secret intelligence routes and the families who stood their ground throughout Hunterdon, Mercer and Somerset County's.
*On Sunday, May 31 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM - This Sacred Soil
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear Storyteller, Author, and Suffrage Historian Nancy Kennedy reveal the women who helped win the Revolution — and the extraordinary New Jersey Colony law (1776–1807) that allowed women and Black men to cast their ballots in political elections.
