Red Bank, NJ – February 16th, 2026] — The Range at the Red Bank Elks and Blue Cielo Catering are proud to announce the appointment of Chef Robert “Chef Rob” Burke as the organization’s new Executive Chef, overseeing both in-house dining and off-premise catering operations.

Chef Burke brings decades of culinary experience and has worked alongside his brother, acclaimed celebrity chef David Burke, since their teenage years. Chef Robert Burke brings more than 30 years of high-end culinary expertise, including executive and head chef leadership roles at some of the most respected establishments in New Jersey and beyond. His impressive resume includes Head Chef positions at Val’s Tavern (Rumson), Driftwood Cabana Club / Drifthouse by David Burke (Sea Bright), and Executive Chef at Richmond County Country Club. Chef Burke also trained and worked at elite culinary destinations such as Aqua in San Francisco and the world-famous River Cafe in New York City. Chef Rob is known for his passion, leadership, and ability to deliver high-quality food across a wide range of dining formats.
