NJ Boating Safety Classes and NJ State Police Certification

Brandywine Facility, 5 Meridian Way, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702

This TWO DAY CLASS will be held on Monday and Wednesday March 14/16, 2016 from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Must attend both nights.

The “Boat NJ” course meets the State of New Jersey - Division of State Police Marine Law Enforcement requirements for boat safety education. The NJ Boating Safety Classes is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and is recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard. All boat and Jet Ski operators must have the New Jersey Boating Safety certificate since June 2009. This course meets the NJ State law requirements for NJ Boat Safety Certificate. These laws apply to all boaters age 13 and older who operate power vessels, Boats and Jet Ski.

Certifications will be given upon completion of course. Permanent certificates from NJ State Police Marine Service Bureau from West Trenton will be mailed within 2 weeks

There will be a $75 fee which covers the cost of the course, books, certification and all materials.
