That's not a misspelling. Saprize, Saprize is a Mediterranean restaurant that held its grand opening March 29 in Parsippany. There was enough excitement around the location that 900 people came out to enjoy a free "Smackwich and Fries," Patch reported. The eatery touts traditional eats including a falafel rice platter, gyro, and chicken dishes. Find them at 176 Parsippany Road in the Green Hills Shopping Plaza, and read more here.

Campofiore in Montclair is a farm-to-table Italian restaurant that bills itself as and “Amalfi Coast-inspired dining experience." It opened the last week in March, serving up traditional dishes with a twist. They offer Italian meats, cheeses, and other ingredients. Items to try can include their tapas-style antipasto and brisket, pork, and veal meatballs. Learn more about Campofiore, 664 Bloomfield Ave., here.
Rosto
Rosto, a wood-fired rotisserie chicken restaurant, opened in Tenafly in mid-March. "Rosto is a new concept from Cure Companies, the team behind Padel United Sports Club and soon to open Blackwood Club, centered around a fully wood-fired indoor rotisserie and a modern, neighborhood-focused dining experience," a representative noted. It'll be led by Chef Nitzan Raz (Mesa Grill, Nobu Tribeca, Jean-Georges, Sushi Samba)." It's located at 4 Highwood Ave. More details are here.
Papaya Dog
After eight years on Hoboken's Newark Street — a short walk from the train terminal — a beloved Latin-American restaurant, La Casa, closed in February. But something quick and affordable has replaced it at 54 Newark St.

Papaya Dog opened in its place in late March. It had been open across the street until it closed after a fire in 2017. Read more about Papaya Dog here.
Honeygrow
The second Somerset County location of Honeygrow, a fast-casual stir-fry and salad restaurant, opened in the Blue Star Shopping Center on Route 22 in Watchung. The customizable menu lets patrons pick a protein and add in veggies, fruits, cheeses, dressings and spices. Read more about Honeygrow here.
