Glen Rock Police Warn Residents Of Suspicious Deliveries
Did you receive a package containing electronics you didn't order? You're not alone, Glen Rock Police say. Here's what you should know.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — After receiving reports of suspicious activity regarding package deliveries, Glen Rock Police are seeking more information from residents.
According to the department, residents have reportedly received packages containing phones and other electronics they didn't order. After receiving them, residents have been taking calls from people claiming to be representatives from delivery companies, asking that they leave the package outside, as they were delivered to the wrong address.

Police have no additional information on why this is happening, or if it's a scam, according to department officials.

"We are simply alerting to public to notify us in the case of suspicious activity," said Detective Sergeant James Calaski. "We just want residents to be aware of the different types of red flags they should look out for and notify us if they come across this."
