Man Charged With DWI After Glen Rock Car Crash: Police
A man hit a vehicle that was stopped at a red light at Harristown Road and Maple Avenue Saturday night, police said.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — An Elmwood Park man was charged with driving while intoxicated after he allegedly hit a car at a red light at Harristown Road and Maple Avenue.
Carlos L. Trejos, 57, was arrested and charged after police investigated the crash, said Chief Dean Ackermann.
The crash occurred just after 9:37 p.m. when Trejos was driving north on Maple Avenue and struck a car driven by a 23-year-old Little Ferry woman, Ackermann said.

The woman and a passenger in Trejos' vehicle were taken to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Their injuries were non-life threatening, the chief said.
Trejos was issued traffic summonses for reckless driving, careless driving, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, failure to observe a traffic control device, following too closely, and unsafe tires, Ackermann said.
